Internalized Management
Unlike other models, FIBRA Park Life operates under an internalized management structure through Park Life Administración S.C. This directly aligns management incentives with those of certificate holders, eliminating conflicts of interest and optimizing operating costs.

Main governing body of the Trust. Composed of 7 members, responsible for strategic direction and oversight of FIBRA Park Life.
